The 200ZG had the VG20ET motor and FS5W71C 5-speed manual transmission like the 200Z and 200ZS. The E4N71B 4-speed automatic transmission was also an option. The 200ZG was offered with 15" alloy 4-lug wheels and the other options of the 200ZS.
